YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE PRESENT AT A BOND HEARING IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF A CRIME.

 

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE BOND HEARING AND IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE BOND HEARING, PLEASE CALL VICTIM SERVICES AT 803-576-3227.

 

THE NEXT BOND HEARING IS AT 2:00PM AT THE ALVIN S. GLENN DETENTION CENTER LOCATED AT 201 JOHN MARK DIAL DR. COLUMBIA SC 29209.

HOW WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU:

  • Find safe shelter for you and your minor children

  • Get information for legal assistance

  • Help you fill our paperwork

  • Help you with transportation to court

  • Help you find resources (i.e. counseling)

  • Accompany you to the hospital or court

  • Get information on upcoming court dates

  • Get in touch with the investigator assigned to your case

  • Explain the court process to you
