Zoey (DOB 06/30/2010) was last seen June 22, 2025 on Windsor Lake Blvd. The complainant advised that her daughter was last seen around 12:30pm wearing purple pants, a pink shirt, and a pink and black bonnet.  The complainant stated she was unsure of where her daughter might have gone but that she has a history of running away with a male 15-year-old. She is believed to have run away this time with another juvenile female who is missing out of Columbia’s jurisdiction.

Zelig Williams DOB (09/10/96) was last seen at his residence on Oct. 03, 2024, at the 400 block of Longwood Rd. in Columbia.

RCSD was contacted by a family member on Oct. 04, 2024, and stated that Williams had not been heard from by any family member since Oct. 03.  This is out of character for Williams to go without contact.

Williams was spotted driving in the area of the Congaree National Park. The vehicle Williams was driving has since been located by a deputy in the Palmetto Trail Parking lot off Bluff Road.

Williams is in need of prescribed medication.

Zonnie Valentine (DOB: 01/12/2007) was last seen on 03/07/2023 on Hardwood Dr. Columbia, S.C. 29229. It is not known what Valentine was wearing when last seen.

Amiya Tucker (DOB: 05/10/2009) was last seen on Logan Rd. Columbia, S.C. on 09/24/2025.

Knaria Thompson (DOB: 05/03/2008) was last seen on 09/26/2025 on Hickory Hill Dr. Columbia, S.C. Thompson was last seen wearing a red long sleeve shirt, black shorts and a bonnet.

Dion (DOB: 08/12/2010) was last seen on 12/20/2025 on the 9600 block of Farrow Rd. Columbia, S.C. 29203. Thomas was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a half black shirt and carrying a book bag. Thomas now may have blueish green hair but possibly could have changed the color.
