Incident reports may not be available for 1 business day after the initial report is taken.

Accident Reports (TR-310) cannot be obtained through online service.

Minors (juveniles) cannot request reports online. They must come to the Sheriff's Department

​

If your report contains juvenile information or you are a victim (17 years and younger), a complainant, suspect, persons involved, you must come in person to 5623 Two Notch Road, Columbia SC 29223, with a valid photo ID and the $2.00 (cash) per report. (Records business hours are 8:00am - 4:15pm)

Online report requests will only be fulfilled if you are the listed victim in the report.
