Accident Reports (TR-310) cannot be obtained through online service.

If your report contains juvenile information (17 years and younger), no matter your victim status, you are a complainant, suspect, persons involved, you must come in person to 5623 Two Notch Road, Columbia SC 29223, with a valid photo ID and the $2.00 report fee. (Records business hours are 8:00am - 4:15pm)

Online report requests will only be fulfilled if you are the listed victim in the report.
