Report Expired Tag or Handicapped Parking Violation
To report an EXPIRED TAG, send an email with the tag number to handicap@rcsd.net
To report a Handicapped parking violation, send an email to handicap@rcsd.net that includes the date, time, and location of the violation, license plate number and a photo showing the violation.
