The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating reports of criminal sexual conduct.
On March 3, 2026, Richland County deputies responded to a residence in Lower Richland referencing reports of criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Upon arrival, deputies met with multiple concerned parents. RCSD immediately began investigating.
At this time, an arrest has not been made. This is an active investigation. Additional information will be provided via Press Box as soon as it is available.
