News Release: Active Scene at 300 block of Percival Road

There is an active incident at 313 Percival Road (Spring Garden Apartments). Deputies responded to the area of North Kings and North Trenholm in reference to a shooting victim on scene. Once deputies arrived and made contact with the victim, who had suffered a gunshot wound, deputies learned the shooting had occurred at 313 Percival Road (Spring Garden Apartments). The victim was transported by EMS to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Deputies relocated to 313 Percival Road and located the crime scene. Deputies, as well as RCSD's Special Response Team, are on scene attempting to locate the shooting suspect(s). At this time, the portion of Percival Road in front of Spring Garden Apartments is closed to the public.

This is believed to be an isolated incident. Further updates will be provided once they are available.
