M/Deputy Clarence Black has been in law enforcement 1998. He became a School Resource Officer in 2000. He is retired from the military with twenty years experience, with over 12 years of working with youth in different programs such as Drug Court, Diversion, and other youth programs in the church.

Deputy Jamel Bradley lost 80% of his hearing before the age of two and turned to basketball to help him overcome the obstacles he faced from being different.  His dedication and perseverance paid off, as he excelled as a player and earned a full athletic scholarship to attend the University of South Carolina.  Before graduating and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Information Management, he had become a starter, captain, Most Valuable Player, and all around fan-favorite of the Gamecocks.  Deputy Bradley’s unique challenges in life have served as a platform for him to inspire others and to become a role-model for young children. He began his career as an SRO for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in December 2007 and is married.

Deputy Lisa Grazioli was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. She has been with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department since 2001. Lisa came to the SRO program in 2003. She was transferred to the road in 2005. She returned home with the SRO Program in January 2008. She has 3 lovely children and enjoys spending time with them and her friends.

Deputy Terna Rushing graduated Piedmont Technical College with a certificate in Early Childhood Development in 1996. She began her career in law enforcement with the Columbia College Police Department in 1998 and joined the Richland County Sheriff's Department in March of 2000.  She has been part of the School Resource Officer Program since August 2000. She enjoys working with young people very much and looks forward to being a positive influence in their lives.

Deputy Barron Williams spent 10 years in the military assigned to Ft. Bragg, North Carolina as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division. He has been with Richland County Sheriff's Department for two and a half years, has been married for 13 years and has two children.
