The incident report will be sent to you in Adobe Acrobat, PDF format. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can get it from the Adobe Reader site.

Please be sure your spam blocker / junk mail filter will allow email from rcsd.net. Reports will not be re-sent if they have been blocked by your email service.

Incident reports may not be available for 3 business days after the initial report is taken.
