Update 09/22/2011: Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced the arrest of David Ferguson (DOB: 09/05/89) charged with Burglary/Breaking and Entering. Ferguson was arrested at the home of a family member Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 12:30 PM at 16 Harvest Lane (Winnsboro, SC). Ferguson was arrested by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department Fugitive Task Force after receiving information from the community as to Ferguson’s whereabouts. Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott is requesting the community’s assistance in locating David Ferguson (DOB: 09/05/89) wanted for Burglary/Breaking and Entering. Sheriff Lott states that at 7:15 AM Tuesday, September 16, 2011 at 101 Palmetto Spring Drive, Richland County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a burglary call. Ferguson forced entry through a rear door and stole a computer monitor, computer key board, and digital camera.
