Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott would like to invite citizens and the media to the Department’s annual All Comers Track Meet and Family Night Out. T he All Comers Track Meet and Family Night Out will take place Friday, September 25, 2009 at 6:00 PM at Lower Richland High School Track and Field. This is a FREE event for the entire family. We will have a fifty yard and a hundred yard dash race, a sack race and a softball throw. Everyone in the family can participate in each of the competitions; beginning with the youngest person in the family that can physically participate, to the eldest family member that is in good physical condition, everyone can compete for a gold medal.Tthis event gives us an opportunity to provide a positive and friendly atmosphere for citizens to have fun and get to know the deputies and other citizens in your community. Each child will receive an award and because of the Lower Richland Community, a chance to win a new bicycle, school supplies and other prizes. Sheriff Lott encourages all families to come out and participate in this wonderful event. Registration will begin at 5:00 PM and the events will begin at 6:00 PM.
