 RCSD Seeks Robbery Suspect(s)

Sheriff Leon Lott is requesting help from the community in identifying those responsible for stealing and using credit cards on Friday, May 20, 2011 between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM in the Lowes parking lot (7441 Two Notch Road).

Deputies responded to a call, from the victim, that while she was parked near the Lowes Garden Center a black male, about 6'00 tall, wearing dark colored clothes, possibly in his early 30's, knocked on the passenger side door of her vehicle, leaned in the window and ask her for a ride. The victim says she refused and drove off.  She realized a short time later that her wallet, which was sitting on the passenger side of her car, was missing when she returned home. The victim's Lowe's credit card was used on May 21, 2011 at the same Lowe's location (7441 Two Notch Road).  The Sheriff adds that there may be more than one person involved in using the stolen card.

Sheriff Lott is asking that anyone who may have been in the vicinity and seen anything connected to this incident to please come forward -- your tip will remain anonymous. You can call, email or text your tip to Crimestoppers at 1-800-CRIMESC and you could receive a cash reward.
