Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announces the arrest Jason Cole Davis (DOB: 06/05/80) for indecent exposure.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department responded to a complaint of indecent exposure. The incident took place at 5:45 PM at 5420 Forest Drive (Wal-Mart) on Tuesday, June 14, 2011.

While sitting in his vehicle, Davis exposed his privates to the victim as she was getting into her car. The victim did observe Davis masturbating in the car beside her as she pulled out from the parking space and was able to write down Davis’ license tag.

Davis was arrested at his residence, 900 King Street, Columbia, Friday morning without incident on June, 17, 2011.
