Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced the arrest of Earl Graham (DOB 12-2-57) for two counts of arson, two counts of insurance fraud, and two counts of burning with intent to defraud.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department Fugitive Task Force, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, and the United States Secret Service arrested Graham without incident at 2200 Edmond Highway (Travelodge Motel) at 12:00 PM Friday, June 17, 2011. 

Graham was renting a home, located at 207 Woodhaven Drive in Columbia, which he set fire to on Monday, March 7, 2011 and then again on Saturday, March 12, 2011.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department Fugitive Task Force, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, and the United States Secret Service were able to apprehend Graham after information pertaining to Graham was received from a concerned citizen in the community. 

Graham has been transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
