Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott is asking for the community's assistance in locating Horace Elijah Watts (06-04-92) for four (4) counts of attempted murder. On January 6, 2011 at approximately 12:20 PM, Watts fired shots from a handgun at several victims while he occupied a vehicle. Several victims were standing in the front yard of a home located on Overhill Road and Watts drove by and fired multiple shots at them. Sheriff Lott stated that Watts is described as a black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds.
