Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott is proud to announce that Richland County Sheriff’s Department won first place in the 9^th annual Law Enforcement Basketball Tournament and Toy Drive. Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Department in Charlotte, NC won second place and Dekalb County Sheriff’s Department in Atlanta, Georgia won third place.
