Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspects wanted for Burglary/Breaking and Entering.

Sheriff Lott stated that at 2:29 AM on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 417 Main Street (Sharpe’s Shop) Richland County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an alarm call. Upon arrival deputies found that there was forced entry into the business. The victim stated that there were 300 cartons of cigarettes stolen as well as cash from the business.

Surveillance video equipment captured one of the suspects (photo below) and is asking anyone with information to call, email or text your anonymous tip to: Crimestoppers at 1-888-crimesc, or text “TIPSC plus your message” to CRIMES (274637).  Your tip could earn you a cash reward of up to $1000.
